Cosmeston 5th Jan

W lake 95% frozen, E lake 80%. All ducks packed into small area on E lake, and containing 2 drake Greater Scaup [1 1stW and 1 ad]. AdW Med Gull on ice on W lake and very confiding Water Rail in Sully Brook near the med village.No sign of Bitterns this morning - sods law that we decided to take the grandchildren to Parc Tredelerch yesterday - doh!
