Overwintering Blackcaps

I hear there are some surviving well in Gower - this one is in my iced up garden near Llantrisant - I know that MC has seen one at St Mellons. They often survive winters by sipping nectar from Mahonia flowers but for some reason they have not flowered in my garden this winter. This one eats cake and biscuit!
