There I was (about 10 minutes ago) having a lovely dream, fast asleep after a hard day chasing water voles in Avonmouth when my dream (I was actually in bed with Julia Roberts, Uma Thurman and Grover from Sesame Street....I wasn't happy about Julia Roberts being there but hey, beggars can't be choosers) was rudely interrupted when my bloody phone started glowing red hot. In the half light between sleep and reality I'd just asked Grover to move over when I discovered, much to my amazement that he did in fact have a Macam accent and he was trying to tell me there was a Whiskered Tern at Eglwys Nunnydd. Jeffrey, you've not only ruined probably my only chance of ever shagging Uma Thurman but I you've completely ruined Sesame Street for me! Not happy.

I did say Black Tern,I THINK !!!
Have put an explanation on the GBC sightings page.
Sincerely hope it sticks around for tomorrow and lots of birders get to see it.

Fuck the GBC sightings page, I was IN BED WITH UMA THURMAN JEFF! Your photographic limit has been reduced to two. You hope it sticks around till tomorrow? You'd better hope that Uma comes back to me in my dreams tonight and that when Grover tells me it's my turn he doesn't prefix it with 'why I lad'.....I loved Grover (once)
