Blog graphics
Is it my PC or is the blog now supposed to have a full screen out of focus image of some forestry as a kind of 'wallpaper' in the background? It seems to take significantly longer to load now. Also in most scroll positions the text on the right is hard to read against this background image.

Easier to read on the handset.I like it.
I log in and get the owl, scroll down no problem. Scroll up the owl has vanished (flushed?) and is replaced by a black square. A void of nothingness!
Just got the black screen myself but can still get to the text below. Owls supposed to be nocturnal though. You were brave going birding today Jake. Just seen Europe taking on the U.S. at water polo in Gwent.
Aaaah that's better! When I logged in b4 I got a big red square instead of barney.
