Lapland Bunting:KNNR
Few photos of the Lapland Bunting taken Saturday afternoon.
I tried Lavernock yesterday but could not find one there. Hirundines only birds moving with prob. 5-600 in 90 minutes all appeared to be going west. House martins outnumbered Swallows by approx 2 to 1 and saw at least 2 Sand Martins.

I'm feeling quite envious,superb shots Jeff,i couldn't get away myself i had my Grandson staying.
Don't worry about racing off to foreign parts. Find me one on the Heliport !
God i'm trying,went traipsing all around R G W and Heli Friday and didn't have much reward at all.

Arrrrrr, those be some snaps. Must be a pretty big bunting if those are! Arrrrrrrr, pieces of eight!
