went down at about Noon and managed to get 3 flight views. It was elusive and came down into long grass, then went up some distance away from me. It came down alongside the bank and had obviously run away in the grass as could not then relocate it at which point decided to leave it for the next guy.

Thanks for the call Bob,got 1 flight view and scoped the head and then the same as Maurice,did a vanishing act.Seaward side in long grass close to the rocks opposite stones with plaque.Nice find.
My feet are killing me and its only Tuesday.

At 5 observers have seen this bird.
