I think the bill colour negates Littoralis (all black) and it is a bog standard Rock Pipit. The camera angle & light makes the mantle and outer tail feathers seem lighter than they are, so with this in mind and heavily streaked breast i would call this a Rock Pipit (not a Water Pipit) moulting into summer plummage.. either that or its called Brian. PS - There was a Water Pipit there on 3th Jan, but this bird had not yet started to attain summer plummage. Your photo of the Green Sand can show that unless the light is perfect colours can be distorted......Anyone disagree !

You're all wrong it's Pedro.Seriously though it looked like a littoralis type rock pipit because of the grey mantle.

He looks more a Nigel to me.......puffed out chest, not too much on top and a large gape!
