Had quick lookearlier,no sign this afternoon,in fact only a small handful of small gulls,a large noisy speed boat probably put paid to seeing it in the bay,no sign at Jim Driscoll way or the reserve.

Also present 2 p.m. same place as Alex said, despite speedboats/water buses etc etc. Praps the BHG's etc go off to roost elsewhere Slap?

I was there from around 15:30 to 16:30 and there was no more than 50 BHG's in the bay/reserve/JD Way,I wondered the same about a roost John,Cossy?.

Could be but I don't get sown there in the late arvo/eve. Perhaps I shd make an effort.
