Howard Nicholls
Sad news indeed that Howard has passed away. He was an inspiration
to bird photographers - one of the pre-digital greats! He played Rugby for Wales
and Cardiff RFC etc. An all round Gentleman - sadly missed.

Met and went birding with Howard and his brother a few times and and agree that a nicer person you wouldn't meet. His photography was of an extremely high standard and his knowledge of birds was second to none, a true gent

Maybe the last of the old Kenfig regulars like Bob Smith & Arthur Morgan in the pre- reserve days. End of an era.
