Not a hide as such,just leaf netting.As soon as i sat down this Snipe flew down by my side,i hadn't even had time to check my camera settings,it was still quite dull so i shot on iso 1600 at about 60th sec,anyone who've watched Snipe feeding will know how fast they move their head and trying to get the Head sharp was tricky.The Grebes didn't want to play ball this morning,always staying towards the light.A Little Egret also came down but stayed at the opposite end ,again against the light.The sound of shotgun cartridges (Gull scarers)rang out and sent the Egret away.

p.s. How do i get larger images on here?
when you compose your thread and add a picture,right click on it,it will turn blue and below will be a menu giving you the various image size options.
