Lavernock Point AM
Good passage of passerines this morning at a foggy point. Mainly groups of Mipit's, Skylark and finches, in & over farmers field adjacent to coastal path. Also of note here was an adult Arctic Skua bombing low over heading west in the thick fog. In and around church trees with JDW was a decent sized flock of Redpoll including a few Siskin. Swallows over heading west and a Mute Swan off shore.

No Buff-bellied amongst the Mipits then Matt??
Nah mate - tried to string one but no joy! Had another good day at the point this AM with loads of stuff overhead - Lapwing, Crossbill, Redpoll, Whinchat & Merlin. Not quite Shetland though!
