S E Owl, R G W.
RGW-S E O +Wheatear ,C C Reen-Little Egret +2 Green Sands,Heli-ad Med Gull.
I stopped for a few minutes to check the gulls sitting on the groins completely unaware of a S E Owl sitting 20yds to my side,it was only when i got up it flew and a golden opportunity was missed 'B****x'
Not like you Rob to miss out,what a great shot that would have been,nice though to know that there's one around,will have to try and get down there with the camera one weekend.
Hopefully the 5-6 will turn up again at Aust Warth as they did about 3yrs ago,that was some sight with up to 4 in flight at the same time,unfortunately I hadn't made the digital SLR plunge at that time.

Hi Jeff,i've got a feeling it's going to be a good winter for these,about time too.
Fingers crossed! hopefully Llanilid will produce the goods in daylight hours!
