excellent shots Jeff, were you standing on the road halfway down the straight or walking the path in direction of the new bridge, i have often seen them there but never either facing or within range
Hi Cliff,was on the slightly elevated grass banking on the side of the road at the end of the straight just before the footpath starts nearest the new Severn crossing,it's a good place to stand if you're using a camera as the sun is mainly behind you,great lazy birdin' as you don't even have to get out of the car if you just want to watch through bins!
