Word from the grapevine is that Louise and Mike Powell have a baby son.Congratulations to all 3.
Unfortunately, Portly had to miss the big game and pass on his tickets as Lou went into labour on Friday; 80 hours before little "Cuthbert" finally entered the world!! You'll want to know that he (junior) was 8 lb 01 oz at birth but, following closely in his father's footsteps, he's already passed the 1 stone mark... (-:
Thank you all for your kind messages. Junior is doing well and should be home on Wednesday. It is true I had to watch the match on TV rather than take my appointed seat in the middle tier - gave my pair of tickets away. Could easily have funded a trip to South America. Suggestions for name most welcome - Cuthbert is a start!
