Say nothing Cliff ! I have to say, all this suppression on the other channel is pissing me off!!! Clive has called some great birds to which nobody has seen!
If you brag what you find then suppress it you got to expect it to flare up!
As Judd points out, what he he done to upset Clive, and the same here!

I noticed it all kicked off again, thought better not get involved, Webmeister deleted all of it - I just wish Judd had bagged that P Fly & released it at CyB, but you never know it might find its own way there

Peronally I have nowt against Clive, we chat when we see each other when out and about. He`s a nice guy, but it is the keeping quiet and the secrecy of the birds he has seen.
As Judd and myself has pointed out what have we done to upset him?
I still need Hoopoe for Glamorgan and the Wood sand would be nice to see. But we never see or hear a word! There are a few I know he will not share with, but that is just a few.
So, his records can`t be accepted if he doesn`t share all his findings.
Don`t want to upset anyone but I despise suppression!

thats a fair comment.but like i said, its not for me to get involved.i love birding with him,hes a very clever person.a lot of people ave upset him with their comments.

You have involved yourself Robert but there's no harm in that. Like Steve, I've always found Clive amicable when I've met him and I'd like to think he shares the same opinion of me. I don't get out birding as much as I'd like these days but, in the past, when I was more active I'd always share any decent birds I found with anyone and that would've included people who have had a "go" at me in the past. "Life's too short" 'n all that... Also, when it comes to posts on Blogs, I've never said a bad word about him. Maybe he thinks I'm guilty by association with people who have? I wish everyone could just bury the hatchet and get on with enjoying the birds and the camaraderie that should go with it. If Clive wants to email me about this then he's welcome to do so - judd.hunt@sky.com. Cheers.
