Llanishen & Lisvane Res
Cackling Goose (unknown origin), with 14 Canada Geese this afternoon (on Llanishen), though flew off eastwards at about 6pm.
Other highlights: Shelduck (2), Yellow-legged Gull (adult) and a few Swallows, House Martins and Sand Martin.
Not from me I'm afraid Darryl, as I was watching it 200m away through 2 layers of steel fencing in torrential rain! But I see that it did look pretty much the same as your photos of the Gwent Levels bird in Nov 11.
