Few record shots from visit on Wed evening with"Smudger" and "Pedro",lousy light,no colour-everything just black,white or grey,bird kept it's distance.............

No Jeff, you've got it all wrong. Alex makes a very small hole in a slice of bread then puts his chippolata through it. Why do you think there's a smile on the poor seal's face?
Randal,I'll do anything to get a good photo but if I stuck my "implement" through a round of Brace's best white sliced I'd probably attract a Short-toed Eagle (I wish on both counts !!)

The bread may have brought in the gulls, which the tern may have followed. Especially a ragworm sandwich!
