Hi Mike, I bumped into Jerry Lewis of the Llangors Ringing Group last week and and spent an hour with him y'day morning,if the birds return to the area they were born I guess it's probably one of his. He does ring Spot Flys and was going to do a nest y'day but found it predated,it was a different nest to the one I found which allowed me to photograph the parent birds,there were 4 almost fledged young in the nest.
