Apologies for funny font - result of cutting & pasting from web page.
Weather has been changing every day. It is different on every forecast
Don't imagine for a second it will be a mill pond but sunny spells with some wind and slight spell.
I have crossed Biscay in force 10 and the birding was great!
Should it be rough then breaching Cetaceans will be good!
They like it rough just like Randal!
actually its getting rather windy just now in Pentyrch. Someone who travels the Biscay route has recommended Stugeron tablets so have just bought a packet of 15 - thanks for the info John, you confirmed my worst fears !! (always hoping they re wrong of course)
I predict you will be playing 'wank the biscuit' in the lower decks for much of the crossing... at least you can mug Tiger for his beer money whilst he's passed out on his drugs! Enjoy the chunder lads!
Who will be first to be called chuck or Huey ?
I was told when I did a v v rough pelagic in New Zealand that ginger biscuits help - they didn't :-)
Try a spoonful of K y jelly. Randal usually has a tube!
OK Meehan, at least there could be plenty of chum to pull the birds, how did I know you would all take the piss, you rose to bait alright !!
Oh dear! Well, the seabirds could be interesting chaps and for those with no sea legs, "Them who dies'll be the lucky ones!"
I have also been talking to someone who regularly travels the Biscay route and he recommend feather lite so I bought a pack of 9.
Severe gale most of Wednesday according to Magic Sea weed
Bugger!
Will all sailors please note: There will be NO,repeat, NO vomit comparison competitions, there is no hurl that resembles the Mona Lisa,Mick Jagger or the Mercedes emblem.
On a lighter note, the latest Met. office weather projection actually looks reasonable(ish),the low looks to have veered further West (he says optimistically).
Magic Seaweed Rules - OK ?
