Cardiff - beware road closures and runners tomorrow

A word of caution to anyone on the move across Cardiff tomorrow, the Half Marathon will mean that road closures will be place around the city centre, Cardiff Bay, Roath and Cathays, with up to 18,000 runners forecast to appear travel disruption is likely from at least 8 a.m. till 1 p.m.
