First hide Tiger - patience and a comfortable seat (not)took me 8 hours over 3 days to get anything at all! Apparently best before 10 a.m. when the light is best - or later after 2 pm sometimes as the shadows come over the stick. Sometimes two birds present!! 400mm with or without 1.4 converter Canon 7D
checked it out today, 2 wooden sofas in each of the 2 hides, such a lot of work has been done with the reeds since the Bitterns left, should be good when they return !
