vERY Shite Pics of Aurora - as per Mitch request



Togger tech!
You really must have a tripod - wide angle lens is handy set to infinity on manual focus and an ISO 2000 or so. You then need a remote shutter device and count or time at least 30 seconds.
These were ISO4000 at 30 seconds and I wasn't is that dark a place either I should have gone for ISO2000 and 40 seconds I think.
Trouble ie the lights do not last for ever so soemtimes you set up andthey disappear or appear somewhere else. Tricky - I envy the toggers that can do this stuff.
They are mostly green with shafts of purple as in top pic.
