Goldcliff

Juv. Little Stint still present this morning. Saw  1 Curlew Sand though 2 present earlier. Also Wood Sand which was hidden in the long grass by the time I arrived. Otherwise 2 Ruff, 1 Spoonbill, 4 Avocets, 3 Greenshank, Good numbers of Dunlin and Ringed Plover and a few Blackwits. Birds of prey represented by a Sparrowhawk and a Peregrine which put up most of the waders.Double figures of Sand Martins and Little Egret numbers building up.
