Lamby Lake etc

The drake Goosander was back on the lake this morning. Lots of gulls on lake and river but all Blackheads or Herring and few gulls around re-cycling building.
On waste ground by Capital Business Park 23 Snipe, 10 redwings and a Green Woodpecker.
About time we had Otter in Cardiff but don't fancy doing a Chris Packham and sniffing theie droppings.

They actually smell not that bad. And I must have sniffed hundreds. Best places to look for spraint is often at points along a river/ stream/ reen where other water courses enter it.
