Llanishen & Lisvane Res

Highlights from this morning's survey visit by me and MCP:
Llanishen Res: Common Snipe (c.150), Jack Snipe (8), Teal (35), Reed Bunting (5), Coot (10), Canada Goose (42).
Lisvane Res: Tufted Duck (38), Pochard (29), Little Grebe (10).

The joys of counting snipe. Hope you both used the correct methodology, walking 10m transects, and no double counting! Apart from that, congratulations on the 43rd highest ever count of tripe from the recording area. Well done.
