Cardiff bay.
G N Diver feeding off the Skate plaza north of the sails,easily missed as spends 95 % of the time under water.
Same place I viewed it from at about 3 pm this afternoon Mitch, usually quite distant and disturbed by passing boats. Male Black Red on the lock gate on the barrage.
