Llanilid Porthcawl Llanilid Ogmore

Quiet first at Llanilid with chiffys and willow warblers in good numbers no waders first thing Porthcawl  front( seawatching shelter ) shopping trip with wife Rose coloured starling for a brief view then flew off over seabank hotel to joint a large number of starlings over the town center not seen again after a 2 hour search,plenty of starlings including juv birds but no sign of a  rose starling just a heads up for anybody going to front for sea watching . Back to Llanilid for wood sand with no luck just common and green sand back to Ogmore for wood sand lots of common and a few Dunlin.
