Quiet Heliport.

Had a good search this morning around the Heliport and up around the dirt bike track. About a dozen Chiffchaffs, 3 Blackcaps, small numbers of Goldfinch, Chaffinch, Meadow pipits, Pied wags and Skylark over.

I left all my camera gear at home Steve and concentrated on some proper birding. What a relief not to have all that sodding weight hanging off your back. I was a bit disappointed, the weather looked dull and murky when i got up,i thought there would be more stuff lurking in the scrub.
