Exciting morning as far as hirindines are concerned.
Great to see a Swifts moving through into windy easterlies along with House Martins and Sand Martins.
A brief glimpse of a swallow with orange underparts was lost but 30 mins later was seen well in same area. Transivita I suppose, not seen one here for a few years.
Following the hirindines was s Hobby which also flew off east.
Half a dozen Whimbrel about, also 8 Tufteds on the pool.
Yesterday there were 22 Stock Doves in fields at Llancadle.
