Lavernock Pt.

Steady passage of Swallows c200 all south, Chiffchaff (5), Blackcap (1m), Goldfinch (c70), Raven (2), Sparrowhawk (1) & Redwing (15 f/o > north) my first of the autumn.
Yesterday at Lisvane Res: a Marsh Tit in the bushes 200m from carpark.
PS. I popped in Cosmeston for 45 mins, no sign of Bearded Tits whilst I was there.

Marsh Tit mega for the Res. Ain't seen one there in well over 10 years...gripped!

Res. D. It didn't occur to me at the time. Looking at the database, I see that the last record there was March 1998, and the last ones I saw there was Feb 1987! Your last record (on data) was 26/02/94. Showed well, then went off into second wood and lost from view.
