the colour is perfectly natural, not enhanced in any way, this is how the male appears on both my shots in poor light, the one y day was taken at 08 25, the one today took me by surprise by catching a fish to the right & flying up to where the feeders used to be

Cliff - any chance you wack up the azure-blue on this image a bit more please? It doesn't seem like you have tweaked it enough in photoshop...
Plus can you keep the kingfisher shots coming as they have me gripped! WOW!!
