Please Critique. Not just good or bad shot, but how the shot could have better taken or improved in some way.

Unfortunately the whites in your shot are burnt out esp. on the rear bird,its not easy to overcome with a white subject on a dark background in sunlight.Is this cropped? it would help if you posted the original,unedited version.

The bird in the foreground is really nice,again the whites have blown on the primaries and tail,but not as badly as the bird in the rear. I quite like the back-lighting on it,it defines all of the feathering in the wings.You would improve it no end by levelling out the horizon too,as it looks crocked.

Thanks, will take on board your comments. It has been cropped, subjects were about 35 yds down stream.
