Bittern : Parc Slip NR

Spent a couple of hours at Parc Slip this morning which is only 10 mins down the valley for me and the Bittern showed not long after I got into the hide but then disappeared into the reeds and was a little elusive afterwards.

The light was pretty good for a change this week but unfortunately the hide being south facing couldn't be facing more the wrong way if someone had planned it,so from about 10.30am every shot is into the sun.

Nice one Jeff.
The Cosmeston hide takes some beating!
The people who decide where these hides are situated don't have much idea.
The Forest Farm hide could have been better designed and closer!
Still, we should be gratefull there are hides!
Not forgetting the famous Kenfig hide!!
